About ADHD
My brain has too many tabs open!
"I keep zoning out"
What was I supposed to do again?
I can't concentrate
I'm late
I can't clear the cobwebs in my head
It's affecting my relationships
I'm not getting anywhere
Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is "A persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development." DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition).
Those with ADHD may have a "Predominantly inattentive presentation", "Predominantly hyperactive/impulsive presentation" or a "Combined presentation".
I never finish anything
I keep failing
"Everyone thinks I'm lazy"

-
And all of the above can significantly improve mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression.
